The Dexter Horton Building has a conference room located on the 15th floor for tenant use. This room is equiped with table side seating for 15 with an additional 8 side chairs, and attached end tables that can be adjusted to podiums by using a foot pedal located at the base. A touch panel system has been installed which will raise and lower the shades, projection screen, and also control the lighting along with the functions of the Audio Conferencing all with the press of a button.
A kitchen is located in the back of the room to accomodate for refrigerated items for breakfast or lunch meetings, a coffee maker and some dishes.
